My stay here was great thanks to the cozy bed, fantastic bathroom, and fresh carpet in the room, along with the scenic views and helpful staff that provided free parking.

No Iron in the room - requested for one which never arrived. Coffee Maker but no coffee, Very dirty carpets Bed Bugs on Bed Breakfast had no variety, the creamer was bad and nobody changed it.

given wrong room there was no hot water. no towels were available. Phone did not work, was supposed to be two beds given terrible sofa sleeper. no extra sheets for sofa. awaken in middle of night to riot and police coming. worst place I have ever been in.

The room had a large balcony for relaxation. The Montgomery Ballet is conveniently close to this place. A great base for exploring the city. We would definitely recommend this venue to our friends.

This hotel is a great value for your money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the basic amenities and the rooms that come with sleeper sofas. It's located in a great area close to eating and shopping areas, just outside of downtown.

Location was good. That is all.

We reserved 2 rooms each with sleeper sofas. One room did not have one, the other room's ac did not work. We were told it would kick on "eventually." The lobby & hall has no a/c so it's lava hot. No bedding for sofa bed, when I asked for some I was told it was too late because housekeeping was gone, so we used our beach towels as blankets. No pillows. Breakfast was a joke. No coffee! No milk! I asked for some coffee and was told he could make me some instant, this was 30 mins after it started. This place is a joke. Do not waste your money!

Great spot near the Fine Arts Museum, located downtown within walking distance to the city center, casinos, and a beautiful garden. 🎨

I like the location of the hotel, the landscaping inside and the size of the room.

The lobby, café and elevator was not clean and can tell that this facility is not well maintained by housekeeping. The glass in the lobby and elevator were dirty for two days. Also, the trash can outside the elevator was dirty and the landscaping is not been kept up. In addition, I left my room and placed the "Do not disturb" sign on the door and when I returned my room had been touched up. This is a very nice establishment but the lack of upkeep is obvious!

The hotel was pretty clean. In a very convenient location. Tracey one of the hotel staff persons was very helpful and had a great personality.

our room was switched 3 time in less than 48 hours. We never had clean towels. Our TV didn't work. The outer part of the bathroom didn't have doors on it. The ice machine was out for two days and there were unruly hotel guests in our floor. The management staffeSnot available to check me out so I could do nothing about any of my inconveniences. We had to ask for an iron and ironing board and the iron barely got hot. Plus it was really dirty. Some rooms were much nicer than others but the beds slept worse. All the couches in the rooms were run down.

Had a really nice stay here for a work trip. the hotel delivered what I expected. Great location close to downtown and the Alabama Shakespeare Festival 🎭.
